Responsibilities

Expand the company's carrier network by targeting and developing new enterprise carrier partners
Maintain relationships with outstanding service
Negotiate market-driven rates and ensure shipment on time
Enable carrier partners and drivers to utilize the online platform to communicate, book, and track loads autonomously
Support shippers with customized transportation solutions
Relay carrier feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Drive efficiencies through best-in-class technology tools
