Draft memos, investor update sections, and partner communications

Own scheduling logistics and meeting preparation for key external conversations

Maintain candidate tracking, scheduling, and re-engagement in the hiring pipeline

Support sourcing outreach for open roles

Track manufacturing logistics including BOM, freight/customs paperwork, and vendor follow-ups

Coordinate contract execution including NDAs, services agreements, IP assignments, and advisor agreements

Maintain cap table and board materials

Create content from technical milestones and pilot progress such as photos, videos, and social posts

Drive partnerships with universities, companies, and labs

Support event logistics including hosting, attending, and post-event follow-through

Execute special projects as needed
