Verygood Security Senior Technical Recruiter at Verygood Security responsible for full-cycle recruiting of technical roles to support the Engineering organization. Partners with hiring managers to identify and close exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join VGS on a 6–12 month contract and help support our growing Engineering organization. This person will own a portfolio of technical roles end-to-end and partner closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and close exceptional talent.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities move quickly and recruiters are expected to operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy. Depending on VGS's growth trajectory and hiring needs, there is potential for this position to convert to a full-time role.
Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical roles, from kickoff and sourcing through offer and close
Partner closely with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to define profiles, develop recruiting strategies, and keep searches moving
Proactively source and engage highly qualified passive technical talent
Conduct recruiter screens and effectively assess both technical alignment and overall fit
Manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
Create a strong candidate experience throughout the entire interview process
Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify challenges and adjust search strategies
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within our ATS
Help improve recruiting processes, interview practices, and hiring efficiency as we scale
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical/engineering hiring

Qualification

Experience with tokenization

Required

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong focus on technical/engineering hiring
Experience recruiting Software Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, Platform Engineering roles
Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth technology company

Preferred

Experience with tokenization, payment processing, or security products
A knack for out-of-the-box thinking that thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience with Lever is highly preferred
