Required Experience

5+ years of experience deploying, configuring, and managing GitLab (or similar) in production environments, including stress testing and validating backup and restore procedures

Strong expertise in designing and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines, including umbrella pipelines that trigger container builds, Helm packaging, and RPM builds

Experience deploying and integrating SAST tools (such as Coverity or Semgrep) and image vulnerability scanning directly into automated pipelines

Proficiency in setting up and managing artifact registries, including container registries, Helm chart repositories, and RPM repositories

Experience establishing development environment standards, including branch strategies, conventional commits, code review standards, and pre-commit hooks

Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines for cross-compilation (Windows, Linux, macOS) and project scaffolding, such as Rust workspaces

Familiarity with integrating test automation, such as configuring QEMU/KVM boot testing within CI pipelines

Experience with build signing and secret management (e.g., Vault integration, Microsoft ELAM/PPL registration) is a plus

Experience building ML specialization pipelines (model distillation, pruning, or quantization) is a plus
