Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across an assigned book of Sales and Professional Services requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance
Build and activate both active and passive candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, with a focus on SaaS sales talent and PS implementation/project management profiles
Conduct thorough candidate screens to assess fit against role requirements and OpenGov's hiring bar
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process, ensuring a high-quality experience on both sides
Manage candidate data and pipeline activity in Ashby, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Partner with the Recruiting Manager on priority shifts, capacity alignment, and coverage needs for the duration of the engagement
Provide regular updates on pipeline health, velocity, and any blockers to hiring manager stakeholders across Sales and PS

Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
Demonstrated experience recruiting for Sales roles (AE, Enterprise AE, SDR) and/or Professional Services roles (Implementation, Project Management, Solutions) strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS; experience with Ashby a plus
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build credibility with hiring managers quickly and communicate pipeline status clearly
Self-directed and autonomous; this engagement requires immediate contribution with minimal onboarding
