Responsibilities
Accounting & Operations: Support AP/AR, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting while maintaining accurate financial data.
Media Spend Tracking: Reconcile high-volume media spend and learn how gross vs. net revenue works in an AdTech business.
Financial Reporting: Support month-end close and preparation of financial reports.
Financial Modeling: Gain exposure to forecasting and financial modeling.

Required
Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/ Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
December 2027 graduation is ideal; May 2027 or later will also be considered.
Coursework or experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or data analytics.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
Exposure to QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other data tools.
Interest in AI, AdTech, SaaS, automation, or financial technology is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in our Midtown Manhattan office 4+ days per week.
