Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Technical Communications, English, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in technical writing, document management, ESH, quality systems, regulated industries, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting Environmental, Health & Safety management systems.
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar regulatory and management system frameworks.
Demonstrated experience writing technical policies, procedures, and management system documentation.
Experience coordinating cross-functional document review and approval processes.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working within document management systems and version control processes.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with change management and organizational communications.
Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, document control software, or enterprise content management systems.
Experience supporting DoD manufacturing or energetics regulated environments, AS 9100, ISO 9001, and Process Safety Management (PSM).
