We are looking for an R&D Technician to support the development, testing, and refinement of our cutting-edge drones and public safety products. In this role, you will work hands-on with prototypes, conduct experiments, troubleshoot hardware issues, and collaborate closely with engineers to bring innovative concepts to life. Your expertise in electronics assembly, fabrication, testing, and problem-solving will be critical in accelerating product development and ensuring high-quality performance in real-world conditions.

Assemble, test, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components for drones and other public safety products.

Conduct experiments and performance tests, collecting and analyzing data to support R&D initiatives.

Work closely with engineers to refine prototypes, provide feedback, and iterate on designs.

Operate and maintain lab equipment, tools, and test rigs to support development efforts.

Document test results, procedures, and findings to improve product design and reliability.

Assist with component fabrication using techniques such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and soldering.

Support field testing, including setup, monitoring, and data collection.

Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed in all R&D activities.
