Iris The PR/Social Intern at Iris supports social, influencer, and PR projects while gaining full immersion into agency life. The role involves attending brainstorms, research, developing campaign ideas, and assisting with client projects and presentations.

Responsibilities

Loves all things culture, latest trends, why things go viral etc.
Pursuing or just graduated with a degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or other relevant field.
Great interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Great attention to detail.
Enjoys solving problems, brainstorming solutions, and developing a strategic approach to executing a plan
Can toggle between analytical and creative mindsets

Required

Enjoys working in a collaborative environment (within your own team, with various clients, and with other internal teams at Iris)
Interns will work closely with their manager and colleagues and will contribute to the work the team is doing for clients.
Interns will have the opportunity to present to leaders at the end of their internship.
Duration: Approximately 9 weeks (through end of 2026)
30 hours per week minimum
Hybrid schedule: We are in office 3 days per week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
Compensation: $18/hour.
