Schedule and manage a high volume of interviews in close partnership with recruiters and hiring teams
Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring clear, timely, and warm communication at every stage
Greet and host candidates for onsite interviews, manage interviewer flow, and troubleshoot issues in real time
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Ashby, keeping hiring teams aligned on pipeline status and next steps
Coordinate interview logistics end-to-end, including travel, calendars, and cross-team scheduling
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to gather requirements for open roles and keep processes moving forward
