Senior Manager, Data Engineering

Required

• You're a hands-on engineering leader with deep experience building and operating modern data platforms. You've led teams through scale — evolving architecture, improving reliability, and making hard tradeoffs between speed, cost, and quality. You're as comfortable reviewing a PR or debugging a pipeline failure as you are setting quarterly roadmap priorities or presenting a platform strategy to senior leadership.
• You think in systems - how pipelines, orchestration, governance, and observability connect to produce a trustworthy platform - and you know how to build a team that operates with both craft and urgency. You develop engineers, set a high technical bar, and create an environment where people grow.
• Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics, you'll lead the data platform organization, setting technical direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the platform is reliable, scalable, and built to support the company's growth.
• Your Success Profile
