Manager II, Sales Development

Required

• You have 3+ years of SaaS leadership experience managing SDR or BDR teams, with a proven track record of consistently leading teams to 100% of quota.
• You bring personal experience as a top-performing SDR along with a data-driven, goal-oriented mindset to every coaching opportunity and team decision.
• You are an expert in sales methodology, market segmentation, and competitive positioning, capable of teaching strategic discovery and qualification rather than relying solely on activity volume.
• You bring hands-on experience building and customizing reports, filters, and dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, and Sales Navigator to analyze conversion rates and drive performance.
• You have owned or directly contributed to hiring, new-hire enablement, and ongoing career development, helping team members succeed in role and prepare for future advancement.
