Required

8+ years of experience managing the construction of major energy projects (solar, PV, BESS, wind preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Skilled in project and construction management, contract administration, and team leadership.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
OSHA 30 safety certified and committed to maintaining safe job sites.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You have a "Do what needs to be done" mindset, taking ownership beyond assigned tasks and stepping in wherever needed to keep projects, teams, and customers supported and running smoothly.

Preferred

PMI or CMAA certification.
Experience with utility-scale energy projects, EPCM contracts, or renewable energy development.
Familiarity with permitting, regulatory compliance, and RETA (Renewable Energy Tax Abatements).
