Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interview loops, feedback and next steps for each candidate interviewing.

Ensure the highest quality of candidate experience.

Manage the onsite interview logistics; the schedule for the day, who they’ll meet and when, lunches with the team, demos/presentations. You’ll ensure everything is running smoothly.

Identify opportunities to improve the process. How can we be better?

Communicate effectively with all of the stakeholders involved and make sure we maintain momentum and speed in each process.

You’re a good fit if you have

2+ year of recruiting or administrative/support experience, with a heavy emphasis on coordinating scheduling and managing logistics.

The ability to manage multiple simultaneous interview processes with overlapping schedules and shifting priorities, whilst always maintaining the best candidate experience.

Clear and professional communication skills

Able to work with urgency. We move fast, so does our interview process, you’ll make sure we maintain this velocity.
