Support the lifecycle strategy and roadmap for customer engagement and upgrades across Acorns and Acorns Early, contributing new ideas and optimization opportunities aligned with established business goals.

Build and execute personalized, data-informed campaigns and automated programs in Braze across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels.

Own campaign setup from audience segmentation and personalization through channel sequencing, testing configuration, and launch.

Campaign Development & Collaboration

Translate lifecycle strategies into clear campaign plans and creative briefs informed by customer insights, product value propositions, and previous campaign learnings.

Partner closely with Creative, Data Analytics & Science, and Product teams to bring lifecycle programs to market.

Work comfortably with HTML to personalize, troubleshoot, and QA lifecycle communications, with support from dedicated development resources.

Experimentation & Measurement

Develop clear hypotheses and execute A/B tests that generate actionable learnings and improve customer engagement and upgrade conversion.

Analyze campaign and experiment performance, identify meaningful trends, and translate results into optimization recommendations for future experiments.
