Head of Demand Generation, North America

Required

• Proven Experience: 12+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on enterprise demand, including at least 4 years of team leadership.
• Builder and scaler: You know how to take an existing foundation, identify what is working, and build the systems, capabilities, and team required to scale it. You move fluidly between setting the strategy and getting into the details needed to make it successful, with a strong bias toward data, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
• Enterprise expert: You understand how to create demand within complex enterprise accounts and orchestrate Marketing, Sales, BDRs, and Partnerships around high-value opportunities.
• Vertical fluency: You know how to build deep domain knowledge, uncover unique buyer pain points, and translate those insights into effective campaign strategies.
• Data-driven mindset: High data literacy with hands-on experience using marketing analytics and tools to track full-funnel performance and optimize ROI.
• Talent Builder: You have a track record of leading demand gen teams and know how to create clarity, accountability, and evolve an organization as the business grows.
• Adyen Formula: You have a builder mentality and operate with high autonomy, direct communication, and speed. You balance this bias for action with a low-ego mindset, actively seeking diverse perspectives and prioritizing collective team wins over individual ones.
• Must be available to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
