Corelight Customer Success Manager at Corelight responsible for owning customer success and retention for a portfolio of customers. Build strategic relationships and drive measurable outcomes, renewals, and growth in cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities
At Corelight, Customer Success is a strategic driver of customer value, retention, and growth. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can build trusted relationships, connect our cybersecurity solutions to meaningful business outcomes, and take ownership of the customer journey long after the initial sale.
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll serve as the primary post-sales relationship owner for your portfolio of customers. You'll work closely with customer executives, security leaders, and internal teams to ensure customers realize measurable value from their investment in Corelight. This is an individual contributor role for someone who combines commercial acumen, customer advocacy, and cybersecurity knowledge. You'll help customers achieve their security objectives while proactively managing risk, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Own customer success and retention. Serve as the primary post-sales account owner, developing and executing customer success strategies that drive measurable outcomes, long-term retention, and account growth.
Build strategic customer relationships. Establish trusted relationships with executive sponsors, economic buyers, and security leaders, aligning Corelight's solutions with their evolving business and security priorities.
Demonstrate and validate customer value. Develop Mutual Success Plans, establish measurable success criteria, and demonstrate realized business value through Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and ongoing strategic engagement.
Drive renewals and identify growth opportunities. Proactively manage renewal readiness, address risks to retention, and partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities based on customer needs, demonstrated ROI, and product utilization.
Anticipate and mitigate customer risk. Leverage customer health metrics, engagement data, adoption signals, and stakeholder insights to identify risks early and execute plans to protect customer relationships and revenue.
Lead cross-functional account strategy. Partner with Technical Account Managers, Professional Services, Support, Sales, and Product to deliver a coordinated customer experience, with clear ownership and accountability throughout the customer lifecycle.
Turn customer insights into action. Represent the voice of the customer internally, translating feedback, business priorities, and emerging needs into actionable recommendations that improve customer outcomes.
Drive operational excellence. Maintain accurate customer success plans, stakeholder maps, health assessments, and account strategies while leveraging customer success platforms, data, and AI-enabled tools to work efficiently and at scale.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or a related customer-facing role within enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or complex technology environments.
