You are a strategic operator who helps build the management systems, reporting structure, and execution rhythm for the Payer and RWD/Insights business units. As Senior Principal, Business Management, you partner closely with the Business Management & Execution Lead and work across Finance, Product, Commercial, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn analysis into action. You are comfortable moving between executive-level reporting, structured problem solving, and hands-on initiative execution to support business performance and growth. Your work helps leaders make informed decisions and drives measurable outcomes for the business and the clients it serves.
8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, SaaS, corporate planning, analytics, or related fields required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) in a relevant field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial, operational, and business performance data to support decisions.
Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.
Experience building relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders across levels and functions.
Ability to work through ambiguity while maintaining a structured, methodical approach to problem solving and execution.
Track record of building processes and methodically resolving roadblocks.
Demonstrate growth potential and learning agility by quickly learning new business contexts, tools, and priorities, and applying that learning to improve performance as the organization evolves.
Show leadership by influencing cross-functional partners, aligning stakeholders around shared goals, and working constructively through differing perspectives to drive outcomes.

Work Environment
This is primarily a computer-based role performed in a remote, hybrid, or office environment. The role requires prolonged periods of computer use and frequent communication and interaction with others, either virtually and/or in person. The role may occasionally require transporting or moving work-related equipment weighing up to 10 pounds, such as a laptop and related materials. Some travel may be required, depending on the needs of the role.
