Implementation Project Manager - Asset & Ticket Management

Required

• Ability to travel as often as necessary, generally up to 25% a year, to meet the goals and objectives of the position.
• 5+ years Telecom/Broadband experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with internal and external contacts
• Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (API)
• Leverage generative AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, creativity, and problem-solving within the scope of the role.
