Create a motivating and engaging team culture through training, coaching, and mentoring

Cover scheduling gaps and create staff schedules compliant with labor laws

Review and approve timecards and paid time off requests

Recruit talent in collaboration with the People Team

Oversee and validate training executed by Shift Leads

Ensure coffee accreditations are handled on time

Maintain team engagement scores

Maintain food and beverage quality standards and recipe execution

Own ordering, vendor relations, waste management, inventory counts, and compliance

Lead by example behind the bar producing excellent food and beverage products

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation of the location

Maintain operational excellence via auditing platform
