BETA Technologies Systems Administrator at BETA Technologies responsible for managing software, hardware, and networks with emphasis on Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Role includes system administration and collaboration with security teams.

Responsibilities

Provide system administration of cloud and on-premise environments
Support Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Azure, and Domain Services
Support Windows and iOS configuration and security via Intune and MDM
Manage daily administration, configuration, and monitoring of DLP tools
Act as DLP expert and provide guidance on best practices
Collaborate with information security to create and enforce data protection policies
Organize upgrades and maintenance for networks and systems
Configure, monitor, and maintain backup and replication routines
Organize and implement disaster recovery drills
Monitor systems and networking infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Provide Tier 2 technical support

Qualification

Experience using PowershellAbove and Beyond QualificationsPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentAbility to list 50 pounds

Required

5 years or more managing information systems and networks
Expert level of understanding managing Microsoft 365 cloud offerings
Experience using Powershell, Python, and other languages to script common tasks
Advanced to expert level experience in implementing DLP policies and tactics independently
Above and Beyond Qualifications:
Expert-level understanding of Conditional Access and other Microsoft Cloud-native security tools
Experience managing on-prem backup solutions
Experience with Fortinet firewalls and networking products
Exposure to Splunk or other SIEM platforms
Ability to administrate/implement Azure cloud services
