Faradayfuture The Deputy Lead, Community Sales drives user acquisition, community operations, and sales conversion for Faraday Future's robotics and education products. They manage communities and run growth campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
The Deputy Lead, Community Sales will serve as the deputy to the Head of Community Sales, driving the day-to-day execution of user acquisition, community operations, and sales conversion for Faraday Future's robotics and education products across three core audience groups: developers, shareholders and retail investors, and the education market, including parents and families. This is a hands-on operator role: building communities, running referral campaigns, managing creators and community leaders, and turning engagement into product sales. The ideal candidate genuinely lives in communities: someone who spends their days on TikTok, Instagram, Discord, X, and Reddit, understands how attention turns into purchase, and can run a growth campaign end to end without a manual.
User acquisition and profiling: Own target-user identification, tiering and tagging, and acquisition entry points for all three audience groups; unify intake forms and source tagging; ensure new users receive first contact within 24 hours; drive onboarding and retention.
Developer community: Build and run Discord servers, a GitHub presence, and X channels for robotics developers; host demos, tutorials, and AMAs; convert developer interest into product purchases and qualified leads.
Shareholder and investor community: Support shareholder-facing community initiatives and retail investor engagement in coordination with IR and legal, always using publicly disclosed information only; grow engagement among retail shareholders and investor communities.
Education market, including parents and families: Run TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Groups, and livestream campaigns for STEM education and family audiences; drive course-trial and product sales; capture leads from demos and events.
Referral and growth campaigns: Design and execute invite-a-friend and referral-code programs, plus creator-driven growth mechanics across all three audience groups; track referral attribution and reward fulfillment.
Creator and community leader network: Recruit and manage US creators, influencers, and community moderators across developer, investor, and parent communities; maintain a roster covering pricing, content schedules, and campaign results.
Online and offline events: Plan and run livestreams plus in-person demo events (e.g., developer meetups, investor events, robot experience days and pop-ups); capture leads and drive structured follow-up.
Data and reporting: Maintain the growth dashboard (followers, views, livestream conversion, leads, sales) segmented by audience group; produce weekly reports and the month-end operating review.
Deputy duties: Stand in for the Head of Community Sales when needed; coordinate with product, legal, finance, and IR teams on campaigns, incentive rules, and compliance.
