Responsibilities

Lead, coach, develop, and grow a team of Mid-Market Account Executives
Own bookings targets, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
Engage directly in deals including strategy, pricing, negotiation, and closing
Define and continuously sharpen the mid-market sales motion
Translate event marketing pain points into data-backed value stories
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams

Qualification

5+ years in B2B SaaS salesCommand of pipeline managementComfort in the room with CMOs

Required

5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years leading a sales team
A track record at a high-growth SaaS or data platform company
Proven success running a consultative motion with mid-market customers
A genuine coaching mindset — you measure your success by your team's growth
Command of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
Comfort in the room with CMOs, Event Marketing Managers, Demand Gen, and Revenue leaders
