Operate slide decks, presentations, video files, or other graphics during live events and broadcasts

Receive cues from presenters verbally, through a cueing system, or directly from the Show Caller

Be the expert for all graphics needs, including look, color, formatting, and related issues

Configure and program graphics using Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Apple Keynote, and other software platforms at an expert level

Make sure graphics play out properly for both streaming and event experiences

Use Qlab, OTA Express, and other systems for video playback

Work directly with clients, talent, and producers to make sure presentations look exactly as intended

Run rehearsals with the production team, making adjustments to materials and cue sheets as needed

Follow the direction of the stage manager or show caller to hit all cues correctly

Conduct thorough checks before every event to make sure all equipment is working and set up right

Test all show playback elements for proper play out
