Ditto The Senior Product Marketing Manager owns the narrative and go-to-market strategy for Ditto’s Edge Sync Platform and its products. They build positioning, messaging, and sales enablement assets tailored to diverse buyer audiences.
Responsibilities
Own the narrative for Ditto’s Edge Sync Platform: one durable argument for why edge-native architecture wins, built to hold up in front of a developer, a CIO, and a program officer.
Build positioning and messaging frameworks for each product, including the Ditto Edge SDK, Ditto Cloud, Ditto Server, Ditto Propagate, and Ditto Apps. Ground each one in customer research and win/loss evidence rather than opinion.
Run go-to-market end to end for every launch: tiering, positioning, input on pricing and packaging, the assets themselves, internal enablement, and a defined 90-day measure of whether it worked.
Adapt that single platform story into three market stories for B2C, B2B, and B2G buyers, with the proof points, objections, and procurement realities specific to each.
Equip Sales and Solutions Engineering with pitch narratives, battlecards, demo storylines, and objection handling, then track whether those assets get used in real deals.
Keep a current read on competitors, alternatives, and adjacent technologies, then bring what you learn back into positioning and roadmap conversations.

Required
You’ve positioned a technical product for more than one kind of buyer, and you can show us the before and after.
You’re comfortable writing for a technical audience as well as for sales and the broader market.
You hold your own with engineers on architecture, APIs, SDKs, networking, and distributed systems without needing a translator in the room.
You get your point of view from primary research: customer interviews, win/loss calls, and recorded sales conversations. You form positions from evidence as much as from experience.
You can run a launch across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Partnerships without managing any of those teams.
You’re proficient with current AI tools and models, and you use them to extend your work through automation, ideation, asset creation, and sharper decision-making.
You also know where those tools stop being useful: what you shouldn’t hand off and when leaning on them too hard leaves the work more artificial than intelligent.
Preferred
Developer marketing experience, including documentation, SDK onboarding, and developer community channels.
Background in infrastructure, data platforms, mobile tech, edge computing, or IoT — or a track record of learning a hard technical category quickly.
Experience defining a category before buyers had framed the problem the way you needed them to.
Design range across product and marketing, from spinning up a new product page to building slides for the master sales deck.
Public-sector or defense exposure: program offices, primes, FedRAMP or ATO processes, and the procurement cycles that come with them.
