Nexxen Senior Strategic Account Manager owns and grows relationships with strategic CTV publishers to drive revenue growth and operational excellence across Nexxen SSP. Provides consultative guidance and data-driven insights to maximize monetization and unlock new revenue streams.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Strategic Account Manager on our CTV Publisher team, you will own and grow relationships with our most strategic CTV publishers, driving revenue growth and operational excellence across the Nexxen SSP. You'll act as a trusted, consultative partner to senior publisher stakeholders, combining data-driven insight with strategic guidance to maximize monetization and unlock new revenue streams. This role will be based in the NYC office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office three days a week and remotely for the rest. This is an exempt position.
Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:
Own and manage a book of business to achieve revenue targets and maximize upsell opportunities
Manage all aspects of post-sales account management, from onboarding to growth and retention
Gain a deep understanding of each publisher's strategy and identify opportunities to leverage Nexxen SSP's complete offering
Provide consultative guidance on inventory monetization strategies and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure publisher profitability
Compile and analyze data and metrics to drive decisions on optimizing yield
Gather, interpret, and monitor account health data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
Work closely with commercial demand teams to align supply strategies with market needs and make data-driven decisions
Partner with product and engineering teams to support existing businesses and highlight new product requirements
Provide leadership and guidance on account management strategies and processes to improve the overall SSP offering
What You’ll Bring:

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in publisher account management within digital advertising
Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and SSP technology, including CTV
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex, high-value accounts
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with yield optimization strategies and programmatic monetization
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level publisher executives

Preferred

Direct experience managing CTV publisher relationships at an SSP or ad server
Familiarity with emerging and unique CTV ad formats (e.g. native CTV, paused ads)
An established network of relationships across CTV publishers and the broader programmatic ecosystem
