Premiertruck Sales Administrator at Premier Truck Group supports customer interactions, processes invoices and purchase orders, and manages documentation related to truck sales and warranties. This role ensures accurate inventory and deal processing.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet incoming customers
Assist with policy claims
Input inventory in database and locator pro
Assign purchase orders to vendors
Process and input invoices into YOOZ
Assist with warranty registrations and extended warranty purchases
Stock trucks, trades, and OMPs
Process transfer agreements, wire requests, and check requests
Issue purchase orders and process vendor invoices
Upload documents and pictures to SOD for trucks
Ensure web descriptions are accurate and push trucks to Truck Paper
Submit weekly ad pages for Truck Paper and Facebook

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
