Higgsfield is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to help build and scale the systems, processes, and technology that power our legal function.

Working closely with our Legal team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will own and optimize our contract lifecycle management platform (Ironclad), streamline legal workflows, and introduce automation and AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, tech-savvy operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is excited about leveraging emerging technologies to build a modern, scalable legal function.

Build and Improve Legal Operations

Help design and continuously improve the Legal team's operating model, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and automate manual processes.

Develop and maintain scalable legal processes that support the needs of a rapidly growing global organization.

Own Legal Technology & Automation

Own and manage our legal technology stack, including Ironclad contract lifecycle management workflows, matter management, and e-billing systems.

Optimize Ironclad workflows to streamline contract intake, approvals, execution, and overall contract management.

Develop and implement automation solutions, including AI-assisted first review of NDAs, to improve the efficiency of legal processes.

Partner with internal teams to identify and implement AI tools and automation solutions that improve how legal work is managed.
