Murgadoautomotive The BDC Service Agent at Murgado Automotive Group handles inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries and schedules service visits. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and maintaining customer information in the CRM system.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries
Follow up on leads and schedule service visits
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
Collaborate with service and marketing teams to meet client needs

Qualification

OrganizedAutomotive experienceBilingual in English and Spanish

Required

A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls and working with a team
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus (automotive experience is a bonus but not required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!
