Rowan The Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs leads Rowan’s regulatory strategy on PJM and wholesale electricity market policy impacting data center development and energy transmission. This role manages engagement with PJM, FERC, NERC, MISO, SPP, and state commissions to influence regulatory outcomes.

Responsibilities

Serve as Rowan’s lead expert on PJM market rules, transmission planning, interconnection, reliability, and large-load policy
Track and influence key proposals and regulatory filings
Lead engagement with PJM, FERC, NERC, MISO, SPP, and state public utility commissions
Translate complex regulatory and market developments into actionable business strategy
Advocate and advise on regional transmission organization and utility regulatory matters
Travel up to 40% for stakeholder meetings, regulatory proceedings, and industry events
