SDR Manager

Required

• 5+ years of progressive experience across sales development and sales leadership, including firsthand experience as an SDR/BDR.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and coaching SDRs/BDRs, with demonstrated success improving individual and team performance.
• Direct experience selling into the MSP/channel ecosystem, with a strong understanding of MSP buyers and channel dynamics.
• Experience leading SDRs in a startup or high-growth environment, with a track record of building and improving processes as the organization scales.
• Proven ability to coach SDRs across prospecting, messaging, objection handling, rapport building, and storytelling.
• Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, give direct feedback, and hold people accountable.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience using funnel and performance data to identify problems and improve results.
• Experience using AI and modern sales technology to improve prospecting, personalization, coaching, or team productivity.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work 3 day/week from Orange, CA office with occasional travel to Westport, CT headquarters
