Responsibilities

Greet all customers whether on the phone or in person
Set appointments and answer calls and inquiries
Physically walk the unit with the customer to complete Walk Around Sheet
Review walk around with customer and have them approve
Verify and print warranty or recalls for customer's vehicle
Verify customer contact information and method of payment including credit authorization
Complete and sign Work Order
Check history and attach to work order
Attach all functional sheets to work order including Come Backs and Quality Control
Enter pertinent information in SSI for Express Assessment
