Murgadoautomotive The Automotive Billing Clerk ensures accurate documentation to complete the billing process at Murgado Automotive Group. This role requires automotive dealership experience and involves finalizing deals, issuing refund checks, and maintaining financial logs.

Responsibilities

Finalize New and Used deals sent from Finance
Issue checks from refund requests from sales department
Maintain correct gross on monthly F&I logs and balance to CDK every month
Calculate salesperson commission sheets paid monthly
Clean Inventory Schedules and We-owe Schedules

Qualification

Tekion experience strongly preferredAdministrative SkillsAttention to DetailEnthusiastic personality

Required

2 years or more of automotive dealership experience is required
Tekion experience strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required
Administrative Skills, Organization, Data Entry
Analyzing and Verbal Communication Skills.

Enthusiastic personality
Must be willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
