Norm AI The Executive Assistant at Norm AI will provide high-impact organizational support to up to four Partners, managing complex calendars, communications, and travel arrangements. This role requires fluency in AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

We're hiring an Executive Assistant who brings exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset to support up to four Partners at Norm Law. This is a high-impact role — you'll be the operational backbone that allows the Partners to work at their highest level, and your contributions will be felt across the team every day.
Calendar Management:
Manage and optimize complex calendars for one or more busy executives
Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively prioritize commitments
Communication Support:
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on requests
Manage, prioritize, and triage incoming messages and correspondence
Draft and edit communications on behalf of executives as needed
Develop a strong understanding of Norm Ai’s business priorities and how they relate to day-to-day decisions
Meeting and Event Coordination:
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, and capturing and distributing meeting minutes as needed
Support planning and execution of events such as conferences and team offsites
