Premiertruck The Parts Counter Sales role at Premier Truck Group provides excellent customer service by assisting customers at the counter and responding to telephone inquiries. The role involves searching catalogs, calling vendors, and maintaining showroom floor sections.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs
Respond to telephone inquiries from customers
Search catalogs for the correct part to meet customers’ needs
Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock
Maintain a section of the showroom floor
Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts
Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualification

High school diploma and/or GED requiredValid driver’s license requiredMaintain neatAdditional product training preferred

Required

Minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations required
Valid driver’s license required
Maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
