Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service over the phone
Respond to telephone/email inquiries from customers
Search catalogs for the correct part
Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock
Maintain phone room cleanliness
Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts
Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualification

High school diploma and/or GEDAdditional product training

Required

High school diploma and/or GED
Minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations
