We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our Chief Strategy Officer/Co-Founder. This role is responsible for providing high-level executive support, maximizing executive effectiveness, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for company leadership.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting founders, CEOs, managing partners, or senior executives in environments such as venture capital, private equity, management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology companies.

Executive Support

Manage highly complex calendars across multiple time zones and competing priorities.

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, accommodations, and last-minute changes.

Assist with in-person events/appearances (must be able to travel).

Prepare executives for meetings by assembling agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and supporting documentation.

Act as a strategic gatekeeper and thought partner, helping prioritize opportunities, meetings, and requests.

Track action items and ensure follow-through across executive meetings and company initiatives.

Coordinate leadership team meetings, board meetings, investor meetings, and executive offsites.

Draft, edit, and manage executive communications and correspondence.

Partner closely with executives to maximize efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
