End-to-End Purchase Order Management: You place purchase orders, track supplier confirmations, and monitor order execution using ERP, Procuros, and planning tools to prevent out-of-stock situations.

Supplier & Delivery Tracking: You continuously follow up on delivery schedules, monitor OTIF performance, identify delays early, and resolve operational bottlenecks with suppliers.

Warehouse Delivery Coordination: You align directly with warehouse operations on inbound shipments and resolve receiving discrepancies or arrival issues on a daily basis.

Invoice & Financial Alignment: You verify supplier invoice details and collaborate closely with Accounting and Finance to clear processing holds.

Supplier Compliance: You enforce supplier adherence to operational, packaging, and receiving standards in daily workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: You lead the supply chain execution for key initiatives, such as new product launches or packaging optimizations, alongside Logistics, Product, and Procurement.

Relevant professional experience in supply chain management, purchasing execution, operations, or logistics, ideally within an e-commerce, FMCG, or retail environment

Strong hands-on experience working with ERP systems, inventory management tools, and spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) to execute purchase orders and monitor inventory

High problem-solving capacity and operational drive to resolve daily bottlenecks, shipping delays, and warehouse receiving issues proactively

Structured and detail-oriented approach with a clear focus on data accuracy, process optimization, and operational compliance

Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) to act as a reliable liaison between suppliers, warehouse teams, Finance, and internal key stakeholders

Location in or around Alzenau or Berlin, with availability for a 6-month temporary contract
