Matter is hiring a Product Designer to make complex physical-world intelligence clear, useful, and actionable for customers. Working with the Product Intelligence team and Ignacio Cases Martin, this role will shape workflows, interfaces, prototypes, and design systems for products that turn high-dimensional sensing data into operational decisions.
Lead user research and workflow discovery with customers, product leaders, engineers, and domain experts.
Translate complex data and analytical capabilities into clear information architecture, interactions, and interfaces.
Create prototypes and test concepts early enough to guide product and engineering decisions.
Partner closely with product and engineering through implementation, iteration, and quality review.
Build and maintain reusable design patterns and a coherent design system as the product surface expands.
