Dyna Robotics The HR Business Partner at Dyna Robotics manages employee relations end to end, including investigations and coaching managers through performance issues. This hands-on role supports 200+ employees across multiple sites and shifts.

Responsibilities

Manage employee relations including intake, investigation, documentation, resolution, and follow-through
Coach managers through performance problems including PIPs, corrective action, and terminations
Run investigations independently with documentation standards
Partner with team and site leads across shifts and locations
Build performance review cadence, leveling and career paths, escalation paths, and exit interviews
Analyze attrition and engagement signals and surface problems proactively
Advise on organizational design, team structure, and headcount planning

Qualification

Required

5+ years in HR with real employee relations depth
Experience running investigations and delivering terminations
Experience supporting hourly or shift-based workforce
Working knowledge of California employment law, particularly wage and hour for non-exempt workers
Willingness to work across sites and shifts
Sound judgment under pressure and neutrality in running fair processes
Discretion and ability to provide leadership with difficult answers

Preferred

Robotics, manufacturing, logistics, or another environment with field and site-based teams
Experience standing up HR infrastructure at a company crossing 200 employees
