Ability to obtain and retain a Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance, for which U.S citizenship is needed by the U.S government

PhD + 2 years, MS + 5 years, or BS + 7 years in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering for medium to large scale agile software development programs

Strong proficiency with CAMEO or other Model Base Systems Engineering tools

Experience working with professional software development teams

Excellent technical writing and communication skills

Active Security Clearance at the Secret or Top Secret level (strongly preferred due to clearance processing time)

Experience developing products / toolkits that are integrated by 3rd parties with various hardware and software subsystems

Proficiency in automated integration of CAMEO or other Model Based Systems engineering tools with Agile development processes

Experience working with signal processing development teams

Experience with open architecture standards and frameworks

Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices
