As a QA Practice Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of quality assurance at Hostinger. You'll lead the evolution of our QA practices by introducing AI-powered testing approaches, improving automation capabilities, and helping QA engineers transition from traditional test execution to orchestrating and validating AI agents.

Working closely with Engineering, Product, AI, and DevOps teams, you'll define the tools, standards, and skills needed to ensure quality across Hostinger's products as we continue to innovate and deliver faster.

Shape and drive Hostinger's QA strategy, introducing AI-powered testing tools, methodologies, and best practices across engineering teams.

What will help you succeed:

5+ years in quality engineering spanning strategy and automation, with a track record of driving change across teams and a clear point of view on how agentic workflows will transform QA.
