Conduct consistent in-person field visits with independent repair shops and targeted accounts to build relationships, identify needs, and support Bosch Mobility Aftermarket growth.

Represent Bosch as the local field contact for workshops, reinforcing brand value, program benefits, and available parts, tools, equipment, diagnostics, and service solutions.

Identify, qualify, and onboard new Workshop Partner prospects while increasing participation in the eXtra and Workshop Partner loyalty programs through clear benefit communication and ongoing account support.

Drive parts pull by educating workshops on Bosch product coverage, quality, availability, and distributor purchasing pathways.

Support execution of field campaigns, sales blitzes, distributor events, training opportunities, product demonstrations, and other market-development initiatives.

Capture accurate shop visit details, contact information, opportunities, feedback, and follow-up actions in required Bosch systems and reporting tools.

Provide market intelligence from the field, including competitive activity, customer objections, product opportunities, and distributor or workshop feedback.

Partner closely with internal Bosch teams, distributors, agencies, and sales leadership to coordinate follow-up, resolve issues, and support territory objectives.

Maintain a disciplined territory routine, including route planning, visit prioritization, timely reporting, and completion of assigned follow-up tasks.
