Responsibilities

Manage and grow an existing book of business while developing and executing a strategy to grow the aftermarket tool and equipment fleet business
Formulate sales strategy by determining sales projections and performance goals consistent with strategic account sales and marketing objectives
Regularly visit customers and develop positive relationships with key contacts at account sites and within the customer’s sales force
Effectively communicate information within the customer sales team, customer account staff and Bosch senior management on a regular basis

Qualification

Excellent verbalAbility to travel about 50%Fleet experience preferred

Required

Minimum 5 years related experience including understanding of the automotive aftermarket
Strong sales acumen with demonstrated execution of logical selling principles
Knowledge of competitive business environment related to automotive service tools and equipment
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to travel about 50%
U.S. work authorized individuals only

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Fleet experience preferred
