Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical failures in production and facility equipment
Work safely with electrical systems up to 480V AC and DC voltage
Inspect electrical components, wiring, motors, controls, switches, relays, and heating elements
Replace defective electrical components and report unsafe conditions
Coordinate specialized electrical work with contractors
Maintain documentation of electrical repairs and recurring problems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including pumps, fans, motors, and hydraulics
Inspect equipment for wear, vibration, leaks, and other failure signs
Repair or replace defective mechanical components
Support alignment, adjustment, lubrication, and replacement activities
Perform routine and corrective maintenance on vacuum furnaces and related systems
Maintain repair records, manage preventive maintenance, and monitor MRO inventory
