Responsibilities
Partner with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
Actively cold call potential candidates to increase pipeline
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Keep candidates informed of the offer process
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track metrics
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Represent company in community and recruiting events
Notify non-selected candidates
Provide advice and support to management on recruiting questions
