Redwoodcu Part Time Member Service Associate role at Redwood Credit Union responsible for teller work and providing excellent member service. Duties include selling and referring Credit Union products and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Responsibilities
Sales & Service:
o Provide exceptional member service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
o Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs. Cross-sells RCU, RCU Investment Services, RCU Insurance Services and RCU Auto Services products and services.
o Establish basic products and services for Members.
o Provide information to Members’ questions or directs them to the appropriate person or department for assistance.
o Safeguard Member information and ensure confidentiality by following established policy and procedures.
o Complete Members’ transactions accurately and efficiently using established policies and procedures.
o Balance cash, checks, and maintain proper documentation.
