Redwoodcu The Member Service Associate performs teller work, provides excellent member service, and sells Credit Union products. This role supports branch success by assisting members and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Sales & Service:
o Provide exceptional member service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
o Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs. Cross-sells RCU, RCU Investment Services, RCU Insurance Services and RCU Auto Services products and services.
o Establish basic products and services for Members.
o Provide information to Members’ questions or directs them to the appropriate person or department for assistance.
o Safeguard Member information and ensure confidentiality by following established policy and procedures.
o Complete Members’ transactions accurately and efficiently using established policies and procedures.
o Balance cash, checks, and maintain proper documentation.
