Responsibilities

We're looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to support internal teams and help keep the business running smoothly. This is an entry-level role for someone who's organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data to support decision-making across the organization.
This is a launchpad role. You'll help with everything from coordinating projects and maintaining documentation to pulling data, building reports, and streamlining workflows. This kind of cross-functional visibility is rare early in a career, and it's designed to help you discover where your strengths and interests lie.
You'll work alongside experienced team members who will mentor you as you develop foundational skills in operations, data analysis, and business coordination. Your contributions will keep things moving and free up senior team members to focus on high-impact work.
