Moxxi Digital Junior Optimization Analyst at Moxxi Digital analyzes performance data and supports experimentation to drive measurable improvements across the portfolio. This foundational analytics role involves building dashboards, spotting trends, and collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Junior Optimization Analyst to help us turn data into decisions. You'll work across teams—supporting product managers, account managers, and senior analysts—to analyze performance, uncover insights, and drive measurable improvements across Moxxi's portfolio.
This is a foundational analytics role for someone who's energized by the question "what is the data telling us?"—and wants to figure out what to do about it. You'll dig into performance data, support experimentation, build reporting that stakeholders actually use, and help translate findings into action. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with design and engineering teams, giving you visibility into how insights move from analysis to implementation.
You'll be mentored by experienced team members who will help you sharpen your analytical thinking and learn the rhythms of experimentation, measurement, and iteration. Whether you eventually go deeper into analytics, move into product management, account strategy, or operations, this role will build the foundation. Your work will directly impact the metrics that matter most to the business.

Support senior analysts with data gathering, QA, and visualization tasks
Develop a strong understanding of the metrics that drive business performance
Optimization & Experimentation Support
Assist in setting up, monitoring, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
